A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by Ardin Allison Van Suckle and Pearl
Louise Van Suckle
under date of GPn `�, � �g_granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein.particularly described
for s#�€t_p_urposes'only (Metes & Bonnds Sub_ #135-215)

Said property is generally described as a portion of Lot-1
_in Block 18 of the Phillips Tract, in the City of West Covina,
as per map recorded in Book 9 at Paqes 3 and 4'of Miscellaneous
Records in the office of .the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
