OF METES AND A01S.IDS SUBDIVISION
AND ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER )dkii

WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner
and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Metes and Bounds Subdivision No.
135-215 _ which has been approved by the Planning Commission and by the
City Engineer„ and
WHEREAS, there hag been submitted to this meeting an agreement
by the subdivider for the construction of certain improvements within or for said
subdivision, and
"rHERFAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows.:
That the final subdivision map of Metes and Bounds Subdivision
No. 135-215 submitted to this meeting be and the ,same is hereby approved;
That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and they
are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map on behalf of the City;
That the agreement by the subdivider in the form submitted to
this meeting be accepted;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance of
the terms and conditions of said agreement with
as surety in the sum of <� be and the same hereby
is accepted; .and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
