RESOLUTION NO. 2741
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by HAROLD L,.LANE and EDNA L_ LANE
under date of Sept. 18. 1963 granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described
for street and highway purposes
to be known as Willow Lane is hereby accepted..
Said property is generally described as a portion of Lo A
of E. J. Baldwin's Second Subdivision of a portion of theRancho
La Puente, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles.
State of California, as per map recorded in„book 7 page 7 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized.
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 21281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles,
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 23rd day of September, 1963.
