A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST,COVINA APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF
FRANK WHITCHER AS A MEMBER OF THE RECREATION
& PARKS COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of West Covina does

resolve as follows:
SECTION 1.. The reappointment by Mayor Claude-L. Barnes
of Frank Whitcher as a member of the Recreation & Parks Commis-
sion of the City of West Covina for the term expiring June 30,
1966,is hereby approved by the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify -to the adoption
of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said
appointee. 11
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of September, 1963.
