RESOLUTION NO. 2722
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by BEN & DOROTHY A. BAILEY
under date of July 26, 1963 granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described
for Dedication of Access Riqhts
is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as A portion of Lot 1 0£
Tract 14013 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California as per Map Recorded in Book 284, Pages 26,27 of.the
official Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 12th day of August , 1963.
