A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THEI;ICITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION N0, 135-209 ,
AND ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND
A SURETY BOND,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof a final subdivision' map of Metes and
Bounds Subdivision No. )135-209 which hasiilbeen approved by the
Planning Commission and by the City —Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting an agree-
ment by the subdivider for the construction of certain improvements
within or for said subdivision, and.
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the„City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Metes ,'and Bounds Subdivision
No. 135-209 submitted to this meeting be and the same is
hereby approved;
That the proper officers of the City ofkWest Covina be and
they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map
on behalf of the City;
That the agreement by the subdivider in the form submitted to
this meeting be.accepted;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance.
of the terms and conditions of said agreement with Cash
as surety in the sum o 570.00 ! be and the same
hereby is accepted; and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
