A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does

hereby find and determine that the easement for storm drain purposes and
any other interest of the City in and to the certain easement, recorded in
Book 54243, page 216-217 of the Official Records of Los Angeles County, being
a portion of Lot 28, Tract 18221, is no longer needed for the public purpose
for which it was acquired or for any other public purpose and that the public
convenience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed to the
respective record owners of the property herein described in severalty and

upon the same tenure as their respective interests do appear of record in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. .The Mayor and, City Clerk are hereby authorized and
instructed to execute in the name of the City of WestCovina a Quitclaim Deed
conveying all right, title and interest of the City of West Covina in and
to said real property to the respective record owners of the property herein
described in severalty and, upon the same tenure as their respective interests
do appear of record in the office of.the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, and cause the said Quitclaim Deed and a certified copy of this
resolution to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
