A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR.AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST IN
A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
West Covina be authorized to execute an assignment of interest for
A storm drain easement, hereinafter described,,to the Los Angeles
County Flood Control District.
SECTION 2. That a storm drain easement previously con-
veyed and accepted by the City of West Covina, be,assigned to the
Los Angeles County Flood Control District. Said easement being
described as follows:
The easterly 10.00 feet of the westerly 16.00
feet -of the northerly 36.00 feet of the southerly
100.00 feet of Lot 28 of Tract 18221, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California as per map recorded in Book 515 at
pages 25 and 26 of maps on file in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County.

1963.
