A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME OF COMPLETION IN TR&C2xNN PRECISE PLAN #340
IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Precise Plan.#340
SECTION to WHEREAS, final map of proposed' XM ._ has
heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as follows: the construction
of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurtenant
structures, etc"., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the
City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by
MERRICKr.INCORPORATED , as principal, and
National Uninn Fire TnS_.Co_ of Pi Sbnrffh pa'as Surety, dated
July 25 , 19_�3_, for the sum of FIVE THO G ND -------------
-------------------------Dollars ($5,000.00) guaranteeing the improvements

in saic✓SiecX163ie as outlined on construction plan on file in the office
of the City Engineer of said City, and as described in said bond, be and the same
is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions in said bond stated,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made
in said Tract shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
