RESOLUTION NO. 2706
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION NO. 135-211 ,
AND ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SU MYT'AND
A SURETY BOND,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof a final subdivision map of Metes and
Bounds Subdivision No. 13 -21�_� which has been approved by the
Planning Commission and by the -UHy Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting an agree-
ment by the subdivider for the construction of certain improvements
within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:

That the final subdivision map of Metes and Bounds Subdivision
No. _ submitted to this meeting be and the same is
hereby approve ;
That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and
they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map
on behalf of the City;

That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
