A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF TRACT N0, 27468 , ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
THEREIN OFFER Da EPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE
SUBDIVIDER AND A SURETY BOND TO SECURE THE SAME,
WHEREAS, there has been .submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 27468 which has been approved by the Planning Commission
and by ifi 'City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed
agreement by..the subdivider for the construction of certain improve-
ments within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the.fa,i.thful performance of the terms and conditions of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows°
That the final subdivision map of Tract No, 27468
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered be and the same are
hereby .That
for public use, subject to any restrictions to be
filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper officers of the
City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed
to approve said final map on behalf of the City' ,
That-the-proposedagreement by the subdivider in the form
submitted to this meeting be,accep-ted;_
That the surety.bond „presented,as security for,:.the faithful
performance of the terms and =mditlans of said agreement with
H. B. Morgan Oompany, Inc. thru General Insurance,CO.;Of America

That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
