A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DEDICATING CERTAIN
CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES AND ACCEPTING,
SAME AS A PUBLIC STREET.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
• SECTION 1. That certain City owned property hereinafter described
is hereby dedicated to public street purposes as a portion of
Greenville Drive , to wit:

That portion of Lot 265 of E. J. Baldwin's Fifth subdivision of a portion of
Rancho La Puente, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 12 pages 134 and 135 of maps `
on file in the office of the County recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point being both the southwesterly corner of Lot 142 and the
northwesterly corner of Lot 174 of tract 20520 in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California as per map recorded in Book 548
pages 43 to 48 inclusive of maps on file in the office of the county recorder
of said county; thence along a curve concave easterly, a radial to said
curve bears south 480 51t 03" west, with a radius to 45.00 feet, 192.95
feet through a central angle of 2760 22' 4611 to a point being both the north-
westerly corner of lot 144 and also the southwesterly corner of Lot 174 of
said tract 20520, thence north Oo 39f 40" east 60.00 feet along the westerly
line of Lot 174 of said tract 20520 to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. Said property so described is hereby accepted for public
street purposes as a part of the city street system.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
