RESOLUTION NO. 2.700
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DENYING A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE AND
A PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN. (Blua)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. An application of Domenico and Margarita Blua
for a variance for filling station uses upon property located at the
northwest corner of Francisquito and Orange Avenues and for approval
of a precise plan upon said property, having been duly heard by the
Planning Commission after proper notice, and the Planning Commission
having denied the same, and the same having been appealed to the City
Council, after due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds
that the said variance and precise plan of design should be denied.
SECTION 2. Said application for Variance No. 450 on said
property is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. Approval of Precise Plan of Design No. 372
upon said property is also hereby denied.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
applicants.
Adopted and approved this 22nd day of July , 1963.
