A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF TRACT NO, 27884 , ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
THEREIN OFFER10 A�CEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE
SUBDIVIDER AND A SURETY BOND TO SECURE THE SAME,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, .a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 27884 which has been approved by the Planning Commission
and yet the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed
agreement by the subdivider for the construction of certain improve-
ments within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract No, 27884
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered be and the same are
hereby accepted for public use, subject to any restrictions to be
(� filed and recorded therewith; and that,the proper officers of the
City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed
to approve said final. map on behalf of the City'
That the -proposed agreement by -the subdivider -in the form
submitted to this meeting be -accepted; -
That the surety,bond ..presented -as -security for,.the faithful
{performance of the terms and c"+nditi:ons of said agreement with
TOWNE HOUSE APARTMENTS thru National Union Fire Ins. Co., of Pittsburgh,R
