A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed.by that certain
Instrument executed by Southern Pacific Company
under date of May 29, 1963 granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described
to be known as
is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as A portion of Southern
Pacific Company right of way in the City of Industry, County of Los
Ang.es, State of California
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
