RESOLUTION NO. 2691
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by JOHN J. ROBINSON and EUNICE E_ ROBINSON
under date of May R• 19A1 granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described
for street and highway Purposes ;;Tract 26483)
to be known as Clydewood Avenue is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as a Portion of E_ a_
Baldwin's Second Subdivision of part of the Rancho La Puente,
Californiaaer map recorded in Book 7, Page 7 of Maps, in
theoffice of tKe County RarnrHAr n� said Count•

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3.. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
