A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME OF COMPLETION IN ,TU:QR".PRECISE PLAN #326
IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Precise Plan
SECTION I, WHEREAS, final map of proposed/D47a X>ft ..#326 has
heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as follows: the construction
of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurtenant
structures, etc'., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the
City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made

in said/2imct shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
