A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
ACCEPTING FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY HERETOFORE GRANTED AND CONVEYED TO SAID CITY
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City of West Covina has heretofore accepted
Grant Deeds covering and conveying to said City the following described
real property, to -wit:
Lots 19 and 28 of Tract 17706 in the City of ldest Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown by map recorded in Book 433, at Pages 5 and 6 of
Naps, on file in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Dedicate -SLCIION 2. The aforesaid real property as described herein
is hereby �dd for street and highway purposes and to be and become a
part of the street system of said City to be known as
Conlon Avenue (Lot 19) and Lang Avenue (Lot 28)
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
• this Resolution.
