A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME OF COMPLETION IN i e$?AIVM C-3
IN SAID CITY. Precise Plan
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Pre }$G plan
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Tifa'dt/ No. C-3 has
heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as follows: the construction
of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurtenant
structures, etc,, as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the
City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by
SUNSET POOLS, INC , as principal, and
ROYAL EXCHAN .E ASSIJE ANC E; and No 304097 , as Surety, dated
June 21, , 19 63 , for the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY
AND N0/100 Dollars ($ 750. 00 ) guaranteeing the improvements

• in said V4at/ No. C-3 as outlined on construction plan on file in the office
• of the City Engineer of said City, and as described in said bond, be and the same
is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions in said bond stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made
in said Tract shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
