A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVIINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF TRACT NO. 26483 , ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
THEREIN OFFERED, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE
SUBDIVIDER AND A SURETY BOND TO SECURE THE SAME,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 26483 which has been approved by the Planning Commission
and y the he City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed
agreement by the subdivider for the construction of certain improve-
ments within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract No, 26483
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered be and the same are
• hereby accepted for public use, subject'to any restrictions to be
filed And recorded therewith; and that.the proper officers of the'
• City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed
to approve said final. map on behalf of the City,
That the proposed -agreement by the subdivider in the form
submitted to this meeting be accepted; -
That the surety.bond „presented as.:security.for,..the faithful
performance of the terms and n=ditlons of said agreement with
Harold Lane thru Pacific Employers Insurance Co. Bond #01-B-86374
as surety in the sum o q onn nn
be and the same hereby is accepted; an
That the City.Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
