RESOLUTION NO. 2679
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
Instrument executed by PHILIP GINDES and BETTY nTNTnFc
under date of jUNE 24 196R granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described
,f)6,e as an offer of dedication for street and

Said property is generally described as a portion of Lot- ln;_
Tract 2371, of a portion of the Rancho La Puente, in the City of

on map recorded in Book 23, Pagqes 98 and 99 of maps on file in

SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
