A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION NO. 135-201 ,
AND ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND
A SURETY BOND.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the '
owner and subdivider thereof a final subdivision map of Metes and
Bounds Subdivision No, which has been approved by the
Planning Commission and by Engineer, and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting an agree-
ment by the subdivider for the construction of certain improvements
within or for said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety
bond for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Metes and Bounds Subdivision
No. 135-201 submitted to this meeting be and the same is
hereby approved;
That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and
they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map
. on behalf of the City;
That the agreement by the subdivider in the form submitted to
this meeting be accepted;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance
of the terms and conditions of said agreement with ph' ;P Gindes
thru The Northern Assurance Co. of America Bond No. SY-721
as sure y n the sum o 710.00 e and the same
hereby is accepted; and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
