RESOLUTION NO, 2676
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A GRANT OF EASEMENT OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.
The City Council of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of West
Covina be authorized to execute a grant of easement, hereinafter
described,: -.over City owned property for public utility purposes.
SECTION 2. That an easement be granted to the Southern
California Edison Company, for public utility purposes, over City
owned property described as follows:
The easterly 6.00 feet and the northeasterly 6.00 feet
of Lot 304 of Tract 27666 as per map recorded in Book
703 Pages 64 to 70 inclusive of Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County. :,O
