A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT 'DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR STORM DRAINAGE PURPOSES (Hoyle).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA :DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina accept from Robert
'D.Hoyle and Beverly M.Hoyle, husband -and wife, Grant.Deed dated
June 11, 19569 granting to the City of West Covina an easement for
storm drainage purposes, in, over and across that certain real
property in the City of West Covina more particularly described in
said Easement 'Deed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 13th day of August, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
at least three Councilmen, to wit:
