RESOLUTION NO.997
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING.REAL PROnRTY TO THE
CITY OF 'WEST COVINA FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES (Hurst -Babson).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ;DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal corpor-
ation, accept from Charles J.Hurst,Jr., Ruth E.Hurst, Sanford L.
Babson and Anna Belle Babson Grant Deed dated August 8, 19569
granting to the City of West Covina that certain real property in
the City of West Covina, more particularly described in said Grant
'Deed, for street and highway purposes, said real property to become
and be a part of the public street system of said City, to be known
and denominated as Sunset Avenue and Merced Avenue,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 13th day of August, 1966, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
