A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF 14EST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF ICIEST COVINA FOR NTNICIPAL PURPOSES (Los Angeles County) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ICIEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Kest Covina, a municipal cor-
poration, accept from County of Los,Angeles, a body corporate and
politic, Grant Deed dated July 3, 195q granting to the city of West
Covina that certain real property in the City of West Covina, more
particularly described in said Granteed, for Municipal purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 23rd day of July, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
