A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
OF COMPLETION IN Woffljp.--. � eCiSe._Plan _NO_,__ 27 ---- IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed J.V/`/J#Pre.P1....27 has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
follows: the construction of
• as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;
sanitary sewers
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by .................
Eugene L. Wood and Louise E. Wood as principal,

in said bond, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions in said bond
stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made in said Tract R
shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City
