A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA , CALIFORNIA ,
ACCEPTING FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY HERE-
TOFORE GRANTED AND CONVEYED TO SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Ofi' WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY DETERMINE, ORDER
AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS. -
SECTION 1 o 1iHER.EAS, the City of West Covina has heretofore
accepted Grant Deed covering and conveying to said City the following
described real property, to wit:
Lot 16 of Tract No.205289recorded in Flap Book 5339 pages 3 and 4
• records in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County
NO%I, THERE ORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby determine, order and resolve that the aforesaid real property as
described therein, be and the same is hereby accepted for street and
highway purposes and to be and become a part of the street system of
said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDI AND ORDERED that said Lot No,16 shall
be denolrinated and known as Leaf Avenue
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina, held
on the llth day of June, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at least
three Councilmen, to wit:
