A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA9 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
TO THE CITY OF IV -EST COVINA (St.Christopheros Parish).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DUES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from St.Chri.stopherAs Parish, By The Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles, a corporation sole, Grant Deed
• dated May 19th 1956, granting to the City of West Covina that
certain portion of Lot 166 of E,J.Baldwinas Fourth Subdivision, as
recorded in Book 89 Page 186 of Maps, records in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, and as more
particularly described in said Grant Deed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, on the 4th day of June, 1956, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
