A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CAL,IFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED TO THE, CITY OF WEST COVINA

THI CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF' WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS F'OLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from Louis A.Mohnike,Jr. ,and Elsie X.Batelaan,
a widow, that certain Easement Deed dated Nay 25th 19569 covering
• an easement for sanitary sewer purposes in, over, across and through

that certain real property in said City of Kest Covina and more
particularly described in said easement.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, on the 4th day of June, 1956, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
