A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES (Robinson).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA 'DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from David H. Robinson and Gladys Robinson,
husband and wife, Grant Deed dated May 18, 1956, granting to the
• City of West Covina that certain real property in the City of
West Covina, more particularly described in said Grant Deed, for
street and highway purposes, said real property to become and be
a part of the public street system of said City, and to be known
and denominated as Glendora Avenue,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 28th day of May, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Mottinger, Pittenger, Kay,Brown.
NOES: #one
