THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the, City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from Sunset Plaza9Inc., a corporation, Grant
Deedsdated )Jay 1891956, granting to the City of West Covina that
• certain real property in the City of West Covina, more particularly
described in said Grant Deeds9f or street and highway purposes, said

real property to become and be.a part of the public street system
of said. City, and to be known and denominated as Batelaan Avenue
and Walnut Creek Parkway.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 28th day of May, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
