A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EAS51ENT DEED TO THE . CITY OF WEST COVINA
(San Gabriel Valley Japanese -American Assn.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from The San Gabriel Valley Japanese -American
Association, that certain Easement Deed dated May 18th 1956,
• covering an easement for sanitary sewer purposes in over across

and through that certain real property in said City of West Covina
and more particularly described in said easement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
Of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 28th day of May, 19569 by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Mottinger, Pittenger, Kay, Brown.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Crumley.
