A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA9 ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED TO THE.CITY OF WEST COVINA
(Dashiell)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from George W. Dashiell and F1oy G. Dashiell,
that certain Easement Deed dated May 169 19569 covering an easement
for sanitary sewer purposes in, over, across and through that
certain real property in said City of West Covina and more parti-
cularly described in said easement®
SECTION 2® The City Clerk shall ecertify to the adoption
of this Resolution®
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 28th day of May, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
