A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
OF COMPLETION IN TRACT NO ------- 19677_----------------------------------- IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Tract No .... 19.677---------- has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
follows: the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurten-
ant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;

shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
