A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
OF COMPLETION IN TRACT NO.....2.1339 IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Tract No...-21339--------- has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
follows: the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurten-
ant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;
