A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING.AND ADOPTING CERTAIN_AMENDMENTS TO CERTAIN PLANS
SUBMITTED BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY -FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT.FOR AND WITHIN
SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Title 79
Chapter 1, Article 7, of the Government Code of the State of Calif-
ornia, after public hearings thereon as required by law by and before
the Planning Commission of the City of West Covina and this Council,
those certain maps or plans for the development of those portions
of Walnut Creek Wash and Charter Oak Wash within the City of West
Covina, as delineated on Los Angeles Flood Control District plans
dated October 23, 1952, and designated as follows.-
(1) No.20 o ML 5.2
(2) No.20 - ML 5.3
(3) N0.20 - ML 5.4
be and the same are hereby amended so as to relocate the future align-
ment of a portion of Walnut Creek -Wash between Citrus Avenue and
Garvey Avenue, that approval and adoption of such amendment to said
master plan, as indicated by the findings of the Planning Commission
in accordance with the provisions of Planning Commission Resolution
No.359, shall be certified and recorded thereon by the identifying
signature of the Secretary and Chairman of the said Planning Commission
and by the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
adjourned
adopted at arikegular,-'meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 21st day of May, 19569 by the affirmative
vote of at least three Cpuncilmen, to wit:
