CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASMENT GRANT DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES (The West Covina
Methodist.Church)®.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION lm That the City of West Covina accept from
The West Covina Methodist Church, a corporation, Grant Deed dated
May 10, 1956, granting to the City of West Covina an easement for
drainage purposes in, over and across that certain real property
in the City of West Covina, more particularly described in said
Easement Deed®
SECTION 2® The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution®
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 21st day of May, 1956, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
