PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
OF COMPLETION IN Plan_-No-o---26------ IN SAID CITY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by ..............

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made in said Tract
shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
