Resolution - 931RESOLUTION NO. 93.1 A. RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO COOPERATE MUTUALLY WITH THE, CITIES OF THE EAST SAN GABR:IEL VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL MUTUAL. PROBLEMS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF WEST COVIN.A DOES is RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, various problems have arisen within the City of West Covina affecting the general health and welfare of the people; and WHEREAS, there are also problems of a like nature existing in other cities of the East San Gabriel Valley; and WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of all the peoples of these communities that a program of co-ORDINATED. effort be. made on a valley -wide basis to resolve these problems; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of West Covina to cooperate fully with respect to any and all mutual problems that may, arise affecting any cities in the East San Gabriel Valley and the welfare of the entire community. • IT IS THEREFORE. RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of West Covina shall cooperate fully with other cities of the East San Gabriel Valley regarding any and all mutual problems affecting the general health and welfare of the respective cities.
