A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES (Scofield) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina accept from George
Scofield and Dorothy R.Scof ield, husband and wife, Grant Deed dated
April 17,1956, granting to the City of West Covina that certain
• real property in the City of West Covina, more particularly des-
cribed in said Grant -Deed, for street and highway purposes, said.
real property to become and be a part of the public street system
of said City, and to be known and denominated as Citrus Street.
SECTION 2® The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 23rd day of April, 19569 by the affirmative vote of at
leas$ three Councilmen, to wit:
