A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING.GRANT DEED COVERING REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES(Babson & Associates)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION.1. That the City of West Covina accept from Charles
Josiah Hurst,Jr. and Ruth Ellen Hurst; Sanford L. Babson and Anna
Belle
Babson; and Carl L.Mossberg and Naidia
Mossberg,
Grant
Deed
dated
April 6919569 granting to the City of
West .Covina
that
certain
real property in the City of West Covina, more particularly described
in said Grant Deed, for street and highway purposes, said real property
to become and be a part of the public street system of said City,and
to be known and denominated as Badillo Street.
SECTION 20' The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 16th day of April, 1956, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
