A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
OF COMPLETION IN TRACT NO ------ 15860 ----------------------IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Tract No ------- 15860 has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
follows: the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurten-
ant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;
® NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by ......................................

as Surety, dated

in said bond, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions in said bond

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made in said Tract
shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
