A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, A CCEPTING.GRANT:DEED COVERING.REAL_PROPERTY TO THE
CITY.OF WEST COVINA FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES (Lawyer).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina accept from Richard
E.Lawyer and Dorothy �E.Lawyer, husband and wife, Grant Deed dated
March 27, 1956, granting to the City of West Covina that certain real
property in the
City
of West Covina, more particularly
described in
said Grant -.Deed,
for
street and highway purposes, said
real property
to become and be a part of the public street system of said City,
and to be known and denominated as Sunset Avenue and Francisquito
Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 9th day of April, 19562 by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
