A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF WARRANTS BY THE CHIEF
FINANCE OFFICER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Chief Finance Officer of the City of
West Covina, heretofore appointed under the terms of Ordinance
No.4599 adopted March 19, 1956, be and he is hereby authorized and
• empowered to sign or countersign any and all warrants drawn upon the
City Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Section 37203
of the Government Code, commencing July 1, 1956,
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 9th day of April, 1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
