A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AP-
PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME
PRECISE PLAN
OF COMPLETION IN IM1` NO.------ 30---- ------------------------------ ---------- IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Precise Plan
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed/Ti/old No----- _.3_0------------ has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject'to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
follows: the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurten-
ant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;
