A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES(Soares).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina accept from
• A. M. Soares and Lucy J. Soares, Grant Deed dated March 22, 1954,
granting to the City of West Covina that certain real property in
the City of West Covina, more particularly described in said Grant
Deed, for street and highway purposes, said real property to
become and be a part of the public street system of said City, and
to be known and denominated as East Ramona Blvd.
SECTION 2.
this Resolution.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 19th day of March, 1956, by the affirmative
0 vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Van Horn, Sperline, Joe Hurst, Mayor
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Jay D. Brown nd James W. Kay
