A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIF-
ORNIA, ACCEPTING.FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY.PURPOSFS CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY HERETOFORE GRANTED AND CONVEYED TO SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY DETERMINE,
ORDER AND RESOLVE AS.FOLLOWS1
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the City of,West Covina has heretofore
accepted Grant Deed covering and conveying to said City the following
described real property, to wit:
• Lot No.73 of Tract No.185759recorded in Map Book 551,pages 1,2 & 31
records in the office of the County Recorder.of Los Angeles County
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby determine, order and resolve that the aforesaid real propery,
as described therein, be and the same is hereby accepted for street
and highway purposes and to be and become a part of the street system
of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said Lot No.73 shall
be denominated and known as Hollencrest Driven.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption pf
this Resolution.
ad'Journeld HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at
an/regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
• held on the 19th day of March,1956, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
