A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING.GRATITUDE TO J. HAROLD DECKER FOR
HIS FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE CITIZEIiTS OF WEST.COVINA.
WHEREAS, J. Harold Decker has well and faithfully served
the City- of West --Covina for the past several rx�:.orths as a member
of the City Planning Commission; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of West Covina that the City Council on behalf,of the people
of "West Covina- hereby records its -sincere gratitude and appreciation
to J. Harold Decker for his unselfish service to the citizens of
the City of West. Covina, and for his contribution -to the orderly
growth and development of the City; that a copy of this Resolution
be spread upon -the -minutes of the City Council and that the
City Clerk be directed to forthwith transmit to Mr.Decker a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution.
SECTION 1. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HERMY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a. regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 'West Covina,
held on the.,27th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
