A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING.EA.SNT.DEED TO THE -CITY OF WEST COVINA
(Zug).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the, City of =West Covina , a municipal
corporation, accept -from Charles R. Zug and Mamie B. Zug, that
certain Easement Deed-da.ted-February-20, 19569 covering an
• easement for sanitary sewer purposes in, over, across and through
that certain real property -in said City of West Covina and more
particularly described in'said easement
SECTION 2. -The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution:- was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 'West Covina,
held on:the-27th--day-of February, 1956, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
